Have you had to reinvent the way you work over the past year? At AFP Greater Dayton Region Chapter our goal is to keep fundraisers up to date with best practices in fundraising, equip new fundraisers with basic techniques, as well as provide exciting new ideas non-profits can implement to succeed in their fundraising goals.
One of the ways we do this is through Fundraising Day! This year’s Fundraising Day, "Fundraising, Reinvented," is quickly approaching Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 9:00 - 4:00 EST. But we are not quite ready to meet in-person yet.
We know, we know... You're over Zoom calls and other online web conferences... and so are we!

So AFP Greater Dayton Region designed an unconventional online training, where we provide you with lunch at home (thanks, GrubHub!), bring in a comedienne emcee and highly regarded speaker, Jess Pettitt, (her book was recently featured in the PayPal employee book club), and feature four timely fundraising topics for us to explore as we emerge in a post-Covid world.
Topics to be explored are crisis management, digital fundraising, making better connections, unique fundraising, fundraising trends in 2021 and beyond, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in philanthropy. Not convinced yet? Check out this video!
