Developing Leaders: A 6-Month Leadership Development Cohort for Nonprofit Supervisors
A Miami Valley Non-Profit Collaborative Event

The Miami Valley Nonprofit Collaborative is pleased to announce the 6thoffering of a unique leadership development opportunity called "Developing Leaders" for front-line nonprofit program directors, launching July 17th!
If you are a Program Director/Manager who leads a particular function or program in your agency (i.e. After School Program Director, Housing Manager, Volunteer Director, Child Care Director, etc.), building your skills to effectively lead your staff and volunteers is critical to your success and to that of your program or department.
Whether you are a new or an experienced Nonprofit Director/Manager, this special 6-month cohort will target essential leadership skills. Program coordinator level staff, who do not currently supervise others but who wish to advance into management roles, will also find this experience helpful to develop the skills needed to effectively lead others within their agencies.

YWCA's 21 Day Racial Equity & Social Justice Challenge
Join us for our second annual 21-Day Racial Equity & Social Justice Challenge. From March 2-30, 2020, participants will be prompted daily with challenges such as reading an article, listening to a podcast, reflecting on personal experiences, and more. Participation helps us discover how racial injustice and social injustice impact our community, helps us connect with one another, and helps us identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of discrimination.
