Learn from seasoned professional, Jena Pado, CFRE, Executive Director at Dayton Children’s Hospital Foundation, the tricks of the trade for capital campaigns. Jena will share with you the mechanics of a successful campaign and pitfalls to avoid. Specifically, she will share with you tips from Dayton Children’s recent $27 million Reaching New Heights Campaign for their patient tower.

About The Speaker

Jena Pado, CFRE has over 18 years of fundraising experience and currently serves as the Executive Director for Dayton Children’s Hospital Foundation. Jena has been a part of the foundation team at Dayton Children’s for the last 14 years, 5 of which as Executive Director. Leading a staff of 15 staff members, she crafts the fundraising strategy and manages Dayton Children’s Hospital Foundation Board. Jena has been very involved with the Greater Dayton Region Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) over the years and held several positions including National Philanthropy Day Chair, Communications Chair and as Chapter President from 2010-2012. In 2016, she was honored by the chapter at National Philanthropy Day as the Outstanding Fundraising Executive.
