About The Event
We know, as grant writers, that every word counts. We know that we must be clear, concise, and conscientious. Language matters, and as our language evolves it is important that we stay on top of the impact behind the words we use. Learn more about addressing bias in grant writing with AFP of Greater Dayton on Wednesday, October 20th. We will explore the evolution in great writing; implicit bias, cultural sensitivity, and inclusive language through the lens of racial equity and inclusion.
This meeting will be facilitated by the NCCJ of Greater Dayton - Diversity and Inclusion Experts. The October program is part of AFP's Ethics Month, which takes place every October.
We look forward to unpacking this important topic with you!
