About Chef Gabi: Chef Gabi Odebode is the owner and founder of Afromeals, a culinary business focused on sharing African culture through cooking classes, catering, and food education. Born in Ghana and trained as a biologist, she brings a science-informed approach to cooking while teaching thousands through hands-on classes, corporate events, and community programs across the Cincinnati and Dayton region. She has worked with esteemed clients including Food Network, Procter & Gamble, PlayStation, General Electric, and more. Chef Gabi is also the founder of Afromeals Foundation, which works to address food insecurity through culturally relevant food and nutrition education.
