A Tactical Approach to Development & Culture

In this session we'll discuss creating the best development plan for your organization based on shop-size, budget and staff bandwidth. We will review case studies and market trends. We will also dive into topics about the interpersonal side of a development staff, and cultivating a healthy culture amongst staff, board, volunteers, etc.  We'll end the day by discussing how the tactical approaches to fundraising can work along with culture, and how they really aren't opposing ideas at all!
